Tips to help you complete our form
If the concern is serious
|
We will pass the information given to the Local Authority where the production or employment has taken place for them to investigate.
We will contact the Police if we think that we need to check on a child's safety or if an investigation is needed, for example if there is a disclosure of sexual abuse.
If you think the child or children you are worried about are in immediate danger please call the Police on 999, or the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000.

It is helpful if you give examples of the things you are worried about and tell us how they affect the child or children.
If you want advice about a situation please contact your Local Authority Child Employment Officer directly

What we do with your details
|
There are lots of reasons why you might want to remain anonymous. You do not have to share your details with us, but if you do, you can tell us not to share them with other agencies - like the Police or Social Care.
If we think a child could be at risk we have a duty to share information that you give us with other agencies. But we will respect your wishes around remaining anonymous.
If you do provide us with your details, this means we can:
- pass this information on to the Local Authority where the production or employment is taking place in order for them to investigate the concern
- pass this information on so the Local Authority can come back to you for further information or to clarify something
|
If you have any concerns about a child and possible abuse online please contact CEOP . They are a law enforcement agency and are there to keep children and young people safe from sexual exploitation and abuse. They have an online form you can complete in order to contact them.
